EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: Part 5

todolistIf you go long periods of time feeling detached, or go long periods of time not feeling interconnected, unified, connected or like you belong, then depression or social isolation may be getting the better of you.

In this case, working on methods to fight depression like daily exercise, meditation, and working on being a little more social should definitely be on your to-do-list.

If you are only having precognitive (future) psychic experiences, but want more postcognitive (past ) psychic experiences, well look at how to do this a little later on in this course.

However, if you seem to be wondering into and out of states of timelessness, the suspension of time, infinity, or time seems to be shifting all over the place, this is OK if you are meditating or intentionally in an altered state of consciousness.

timelessnessHowever, if this kind of stuff starts happening while you are in school or on the job, you may want to back off on how much you are meditating or altering your state of consciousness and/or avoid any form of enhancement techniques before school or work. Also, make sure you are fully awake and alert before leaving home and while at school or work.

If you find yourself tired during the day, try going to bed a little earlier each night until you are getting enough sleep. If you are having trouble falling asleep because your mind races at night, we’ll be looking at ways to help calm your mind down in the next course.

If you don’t have the time to go to bed earlier at night, don’t worry, we’ll also be looking at methods for better time management in the next course too.

Psychic experiences should never negatively interfere with school, work, or relationships with family and friends.

Rather, they should either have no effect at all on your quality of life, OR IMPROVE your school and/or job performance and relationships a little bit, or A LOT.

Anything less desirable than this should be labeled as negative and you should not be focusing on enhancement, but rather on how to turn your negative experiences into positive experiences, or stop the negative experiences entirely.
