Today: Keep reminding yourself that we are all one, there is no “other.” Try to stop seeing sperate things, and try to see the universe as a whole. You are them, and they are you.

Today: DO something alone that you normally feel you need someone else to do it with, but don’t.

Today: Think about what makes you different than all the rest. USe that “strength” to improve your life and the lives of others.
Today: Live in the present. Live in the now. Because this is the only place where you can truely be alive.
Today: Think and act with your heart more. There is always a lesson to be learned.
Today: Be the truest version of yourself. Don’t let other peoples opinion of you hold you back. Best the very best of yourself.
Today: Try to find the humor in a stressful situation today. Laugh if you can.
Today: Find at least one thign you cane regularly do to be kind. This means something you can do once a week or daily, or even hourly from now on.
Today: Replace the words “I have to.” with “I get to.”
Today: Find something that you do or say that isn’t a reflection of who you are, but rather is something you picked up from someone else. Replace this with something that suits you, instead of them.
Today: Be thankful for the positive things that you do have. Try to not focus on any of the bad, just for today. Set yourself free from the negative.
Today: Be kind to someone who is stressed out.
Today: Focus on the things that you have and imagine not having them. Or better yet, try going with out them for a little while today. It might just make you a little bit more happy to get them back.
Today: Ask youself, who do you hang around that makes you feel alone? Spend less time with them. Then ask yourself, who makes me feel happy. Spend more time with them.
Today: Do at least one of the things listed above to at least one person.
Today: Ask yourself if you are stuck someone where don’t belong. If you are, start making plans to change this.
Today: Think about you past. Wonder to yourself what your life would have been like if you had more postive people in your life growing up. Then, turn around and be that person for someone else. It’s doesn’t have to be a big gesture.
Today: Go for a walk in the woods. Let your mind go, let yourself relax.

Tonight: Spend a half an hour or more in the moonlight gazing at the moon.
Tommorow: When you wake up, tell yourself 5 times out loud that you are going to have an awesome day. Say it with enthusiasm.
Today: Make the most of today. You may not have a tomorrow.

Today: CHange “no” to “yes” in as many situations as you can. This is anti-procrastination day.
Today: Seek out mystery or go wandering in the woods.

Today: Let the people who love you know that you love an appreciate them. Tell them, and do something nice for them.

Today: Write down what you are most gratful for and read it every hour on the hour.

Today: Act out of love in a situation you normally act out of anger, annoyance, or some other nagtive emotion or feeling.
This Week: SPend time with family members that get on your last nerve. Try to keep your cool as long as you can.
