The Main Reasons Negative Experiences Happen to Type Blacks


Because you can’t, or you suddenly had an increased need to: Engage in meaningful communication and relationships. You are struggling with your ability to protect, provide for, and support others. In other words, you either cannot, or have a sudden increased need to……

  • Be emotionally well rounded in expressing your self and sympathetic toward others rather than being extremely sensitive to the feelings of others and the environment
  • Be and maintain mental, emotional, and physical balance in all parts of your life
  • Observe, be attentive to, and be informative about, recent and important events related to their friends, neighbors, and the local community
  • Help and work with others to improve their overall health and welfare

What you can do to stop your negative experiences:

  • Take the “Why Am I?” course for Type Black to find out why you are having negative psychic experiences and for suggestions on how to stop them.
  • Mindful journaling
  • Taking the “Psychology Of Ghosts” classes to gain new perspectives on past spirit encounters
  • Increase your Emotional Intelligence and emotion regulation
  • Use Relaxation Methods daily (e.g.  rhythmic deep-breathing meditation)
  • Engage in the creative or performing arts
  • Remove people from your life for a little while that causes you to feel worried or afraid or that feed into your fears and worries.
  • Regular physical activity is very important (e.g. cycling, hiking, dance, etc.)
  • Engaging in community projects and planning social functions

If you are depressed, then you will need to seek counseling for your depression to treat your negative psychic experiences. If you are experiencing social anxiety, or generalized anxiety, again, you will need to seek counseling to stop your negative psychic experiences entirely. If your symptoms are all in the “Conflict” column, you may be able to stop your negative psychic experiences with everything mentioned above. However, if some or all of your symptoms are in the “Withdraw” column, you need to seek a mental health professional to help you deal with the mental health issues making your psychic experiences so intense and negative.

You are having a lot of, or really intense, negative psychic experiences during social and other types of activities. Your automatisms (automatic movements)  are noticeable and the information that you receive is fragmented, jumbled, and somewhat confusing.

You no longer have a social life or have any hobbies you find enjoyable. You either have to work from home or home-school because of your negative psychic experiences. You are having a lot of, or really intense, negative psychic experiences. Your automatisms are very noticeable and the information you receive is VERY intense, broken-up, and impossible to understand.

Your emotions are over the top or overreacted.

You have very strong negative and anxious emotions. You also feel guilty because you only seem to be making things worse for yourself or others.

You have a loss of energy (mental, emotional, physical).

You have no motivation, difficulties with memory, concentration, you wake up feeling tired, and are VERY tired all of the time.

Your negative psychic experiences lead to social anxiety and other types of anxiety.

You feel disconnected and detached from the world, are depressed, have panic attacks, and may feel like you are living outside of your own body or may have “out-of-body” experiences.

Your negative psychic experiences happen every now and again.

Your negative psychic experiences happen every now and again or feel like they never stop.

You either cant control your experiences or have very little control over them. If you try to have a psychic experience on purpose, you probably have no control over it once they start.

You have no control over your psychic experiences.


Overall, the above information applies to all Type Black experiences including Clairvoyant Interaction, Clairvoyant Simulation, and Umbrakinesis since the methods used to stop negative experiences are largely based on personality traits.
