Director of Psychical Research & Development QPPResearch & QPsychics.com January 1998 - Present | Research Industry | Authorship | Charleston, South Carolina Area
Process-Oriented Ontological Phenomenological Modeling & Profiling Research in the area of Exceptional Experiences (ExE’s) since 1998. Her research began as phenomenological qualitative research via methods of: individual interviews, focus groups, and observation (semi-structured and unstructured) and analyzing qualitative data via content analysis. Her research was primary focused on spontaneous cases resulting from chronic stress and crisis situations. Today, her research includes the study of the mechanics, dynamics, and behavior of the nature of being and existence with respect to the rigorous and exhaustive organization of the interdisciplinary knowledge domain of Exceptional Experiences in a categorical manner that contains all relevant types, subtypes, specifiers, and criteria.
In addition, she develops hypothetical and theoretical models that are comprehensive and non-contradicting descriptions of complex processes based on thousands of cases of subjective experiences and over 100 years of empirical findings derived from scientific experiment and observation rather than theory. She extrapolates (i.e. draw from specific cases of exceptional experiences for more general cases) where specific cases are cases that she has been following for many years where the individual has a nearly “pure” type. That is to say, they score in the upper 90% in one specific type based on an assessment she developed (Psychical Profiling Assessment) and have been refining for many years. She then analyzes the extent to which the experiences and personality of experients exhibit various characteristics in order to classify.
She released her 16 type profiles associated with the PPA, a highly structured psychological instrument (an 80-item assessment), which was lined up to the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) in 2010.

Formally a local private practice. CEHE was launched online in mid 2015 to offer 100% free, high-quality, science-based courses in psychic experience for teens and adults. Courses range from classifying and identifying experiences, learning about what causes people to have psychic experiences, how to enhance those experiences to improve quality of life, and how to cease negative psychic experiences or "psychic crises."? Courses are work-at-your-own-pace, but take about 30 days to complete and include about 30 mini classes each. CEHE offers professional and member help and support through forums and offers certificates for course completions. In the past I worked with local clients (adult or teen) on a case by case basis who were “in crisis” (characterized by: frequent panic attacks and other types of severe functional impairments), due to continuing spontaneous extrasensory or psychokinetic experiences. I assisted them by reducing the dramatic nature of the experiences, reducing associated psychological and/or physical stress through one or more coping methods, and heightening their sense of control over remaining experiences.
Prof. Kelly is on the Board of Directors for The Melinda A. Carter Foundation. The charitable foundation provides children and their families the resources they need in regards to Child Mental Health issues. The mission of the foundation is to: (1) Support children in the arts, (2) Be an advocate for children and their families in mental health, (3) Bring awareness of children and mental health issues to communities.
The prestigious and world famous Rhine Research Center has been researching the experimental science of parapsychology for the past 70 years. Today the Rhine Center continues the mission of its founder, J.B. Rhine, the father of parapsychology, with a broadened scope directed deeper into the Study of Consciousness.
The AIP is a non-profit research and educational organization. Our studies enable us to gain greater understanding about the anomalous aspects of human experience.

Primarily autodidactic with professional guided studies. My work today I do with the oversight of a Scientific Advisory Board. My professional title is non-secular and honorary, rather than academic.
(Honorary) Legal Doctorate of Metaphysics (MsD.) and Certification of Ministry, Universal Life Church (Spiritual Title: Dr. Rev.), Seattle, Washington, United States. (Required to practice professionally in the U.S. for Spiritual Counseling, not a mark of academic achievement. Please see Academic & Non-Academic Studies above for more information. I was incapable of entering formal academics due to a total and permanent (neuro-sensory) disability (i.e. cannot qualify for financial aid), but that did not stop me from keeping my nose in books and journals and my heart in research. Much of my written works have been written with oversight by highly academically and professionally qualified individuals in the fields of psychology, consciousness studies, and academic scientific parapsychology.

Prof. Kelly responds to emails accordingly. If you have not receive a response from Prof. Kelly within one week, your email may have been considered a request for one or more of the services mentioned below. In this case, please consider revising your email and resend.
Prof. Kelly does not respond to emails pertaining to:
Requests for communications over Skype or over the phone, and does not offer consultation or profiling sessions via email. She does however answer specific questions in relation to her work via email. If you have specific questions concerning specific theories, please be very specific for a prompt response. However, typically she will simply direct you to scientific literature that covers these topics more in-depth. If you have questions pertaining to one of her papers or books, most of this literature can be found in the back of the publication under “references.”
Requests for generalized or detailed “perspectives" on psychic or paranormal experiences. If you have just submitted an email detailing a para-experience with no specific questions asked, or you are simply looking for a general or detailed perspective or feedback on an experience, this constitutes a consultation session, and your submission may not result in a response. (Please see above)
Proof-orientated scientific parapsychological research subject volunteering. Regarding any psychical research related questions, please keep in mind that Prof. Kelly is not a proof-orientated experimental parapsychologist and does not work in a laboratory, which is required for scientific psi experiments. Rather, Prof. Kelly is an independent process-orientated parapsychological researcher, and her area of research is mainly focused on first-person and third-person accounts of spontaneous ESP and PK cases resulting from chronic stress and crisis situations; the psychological approach to psi phenomenology and profiling. Her research is conducted through a series of in-person sessions, sometimes over the course of many years, and only during active research periods.
Requests for expertise that will or may lead to an interview on camera or over the radio. Prof. Kelly is currently unable to meet these requests and must decline any contributions due to complications with a chronic illness. However, Prof. Kelly does respond to emails from writers, producers, and hosts that wish to mention one or more of her projects (e.g. books, or the University of Alternative Studies) and would like to inquire more about the project before mention on the show or before an article is published.
