<\/a><\/p>\nTo best understand what psychokinesis and is not, first, you need to know the difference between objects, systems, motion<\/strong>, states of matter<\/strong>, and forms of energy<\/strong> and forces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n While most of you may already have a pretty good idea of what all of these things are thanks to your science teachers over the years, we\u2019re going to have a quick refresher.<\/p>\n However, a baseball is also made up of a bunch of different and individual particles.<\/p>\n They are a part of the physical universe chosen to explore. Everything outside of the system is its environment or surrounding conditions.<\/p>\n Another example, a physical object or system can be a person<\/strong>, a person\u2019s upper body, a person\u2019s arm, or even a single atom in the person\u2019s fingertip.<\/p>\n The motion of an object is usually described in terms of velocity<\/strong> (speed), which is the speed of an object or system in a given direction, acceleration<\/strong> (increasing speed), which is the increase in the rate or speed of an object or system, displacement<\/strong>, which is the movement of an object or system from its place or position, and time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n An object\u2019s or system\u2019s momentum<\/strong> (speed and power) is directly related to the object\u2019s velocity and mass<\/strong>, which is the property of an object that causes it to have weight in a gravitational (gravity) field.<\/p>\n Matter exists in four states or phases, which include solid<\/strong>, liquid<\/strong>, gas<\/strong>, and plasma<\/strong>.<\/strong> However, other states do exist. Energy<\/strong> is usually understood as the ability a system has to do work on other systems, where work<\/strong> is a force acting through a length of space or distance.<\/p>\n Force can be described as push or pull or as thrust<\/strong>, which speeds up an object, drag<\/strong>, which slows down an object, lift<\/strong>, which raises an object up, and torque<\/strong>, which creates changes in the rotating speed of an object.<\/p>\n All forces within our universe are based on four basic forces.<\/p>\n The strong and weak nuclear forces<\/strong> act only at very limited distances and are responsible for the interactions between sub-atomic particles. The electromagnetic force<\/strong> acts between electric charges and is a force that exists basically between two charges. This includes atoms and other particles<\/u> that have mass and volume, where the mass is the amount of matter in the object, and volume<\/strong> is the amount of space filled up by an object.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a> A force<\/strong> is any influence that causes an object to change like it\u2019s movement or direction.
