Well the raising your energy (psi) does take some energy away from you, unless your using it to give yourself more energy (like a sugar high, but be careful this can become very addictive if done too often, like anything else).

Everyone feels energy differently as well, so more information is needed before I can comment on that. Try seeing what happens when she directs that energy at something (or if your willing at yourself). Creating a psi ball and analysing what happen's will also help.

It could be that she has a nack for sinking up her aura with your's in order to mimic your abilities. This is also dependent on her age as well, people around the age of 12-16 (but mostly 14) tend to have their abilities surface when they are near someone who practices energy work.

well she is deffinently som sort of psi vampire when a 9 year old girl can do this it scares me :
i told her to put her hand on my arm and focus after about 15-20 seconds i could barely move my arm
it felt like a didnt have the strengh to move it

oh and yes shes 9 and has some serious skill im workin on teachin her to control it

If your able to teach her some basic grounding techniques she'll hopefully learn to stop unsciousy absorbing human energy. Try to get her to absorbing energy from the ground and use that to do her kinesis as well.

There is a problem when it comes to absorbing human energy. From what I have heard, the one doing this can begin to feel ill or something to that extent.

She still needs to learn how to filter the energy that she's absorbing. This can be done by creating a shield specifically with that in mind. If she doesn't, she can take on the emotional states of that person and any negatives emotions that they are producing. It might be why she doesn't feel too good.

Man, your sister has some crazy potential going on! But if she doesn't learn to control her abilities, then it could lead to some bad things. For example, she could unconciously form tons of energy into a rogue construct like that shadow wolf thing and the cougar too (could be possible).

Well alot is only limited to what the mind's imagination. Even though I have many abilities, they aren't that powerful except my empathy, electrokinesis and aerokinesis.

Could you give me a few hints for aerokinesis? I'm okay at it, but I could use some help, thanks in advance.

You know how gases work right? They have no definite shape or volume unless contained in a container. Use psi as your container. It was hard for me to concentrate on 2 things at once but I taught my self to. Every day practice making a funnel of air in the palm of your hand, then surround it with psi so the air won't get out. Play around with the wind inside the container of psi.

^ That's my second choice if you can't do this:

Move the atoms of the air around you and into the palm of your hand. You don't have to visualize much just visualize billions of gray balls moving around randomly to your will. This is the easiest.
