heal myself

I did tried to heal myself before i puts my hand on top of each other but when i say is healing does it became smaller and smaller? (wound)
when i remove my hands from the wounds, it became smaller i thought that it was healed but i am not so sure

With psychic healing, physical results wouldn't usually be sudden.
