Science Crash Course (Type Black)

To best understand what psychokinesis and is not, first, you need to know the difference between objects, systems, motion, states of matter, and forms of energy and forces.

While most of you may already have a pretty good idea of what all of these things are thanks to your science teachers over the years, we’re going to have a quick refresher.

A physical object or system may be a group of masses or smaller physical bodies, or can be considered as a whole or single “thing.” For example, a baseball can be thought of as a physical object.

However, a baseball is also made up of a bunch of different and individual particles.

They are a part of the physical universe chosen to explore. Everything outside of the system is its environment or surrounding conditions.

Another example, a physical object or system can be a person, a person’s upper body, a person’s arm, or even a single atom in the person’s fingertip.

Motion is a change in the position of an object or system with respect to time.

The motion of an object is usually described in terms of velocity (speed), which is the speed of an object or system in a given direction, acceleration (increasing speed), which is the increase in the rate or speed of an object or system, displacement, which is the movement of an object or system from its place or position, and time.

An object’s or system’s momentum (speed and power) is directly related to the object’s velocity and mass, which is the property of an object that causes it to have weight in a gravitational (gravity) field.

Matter is the stuff that makes up all physical objects and systems. This includes atoms and other particles that have mass and volume, where the mass is the amount of matter in the object, and volume is the amount of space filled up by an object.

Matter exists in four states or phases, which include solid, liquid, gas, and plasma. However, other states do exist. Energy is usually understood as the ability a system has to do work on other systems, where work is a force acting through a length of space or distance.

pushpull A force is any influence that causes an object to change like it’s movement or direction. In other words, a force is something that can cause an object to increase or decrease its speed, be put into motion when still, cause and object to twist, bend, or change shape, and so on.

Force can be described as push or pull or as thrust, which speeds up an object, drag, which slows down an object, lift, which raises an object up, and torque, which creates changes in the rotating speed of an object.

All forces within our universe are based on four basic forces.

The strong and weak nuclear forces act only at very limited distances and are responsible for the interactions between sub-atomic particles. The electromagnetic force acts between electric charges and is a force that exists basically between two charges. The gravitational force acts between masses, and on the surface of Earth, the force of gravity on an object is directly related to the mass of the object.

PK or CS Healer? (Type Black)

Telling the difference between probability shifting and PK can be difficult, but we will get more and more into detail about this throughout this book.

For now, I’ll say that it seems like people who have more physically challenging jobs and hobbies are more likely to experience PK than ESP. However, people who have more mentally challenging jobs and hobbies are more likely to experience ESP.

BUT, if your job is both mentally and physically challenging, then you might be an experiencer of BOTH. In this case, deciding which type will benefit you more in the long run, which one you are already better working with, will help you figure out where your efforts should be.

For example, people whose job involves hands-on therapeutic bodywork such as massage therapists or physical therapists are more likely to experience healing-PK effects.

People whose jobs involve teaching or management are more likely to experience ESP healing.

However, people whose jobs involve nursing, which can be both mentally, emotionally, and physically challenging, may work with both ESP AND PK healing.

People who are still in school may lean towards ESP healing, unless they are involved in sports or other physical activities inside or outside of school.

People who are still in school may also experience PK effects when they are VERY stressed out, but they may not be able to hone useful PK skills except PK-healing, because they naturally lean towards ESP.

This is because ESP works with very small things, information, so it’s a weak influence. This is also true with healing-PK, because experiencers are working with weak energy fields.

Healing-PK experiencers tend to only work with weak influences because if they were to shift back and forth between strong and weak influences they could possibly hurt someone by applying too much energy.

However, other forms of PK involve bigger effects that need stronger influences. This means, if you are a healing-PK experiencer, it’s best to stick with healing.

However, if you are better at other forms of PK, it’s best not to become a healer, because it’s hard enough to control PK effects, let alone how strong they are.

Also, healing-PK and other forms of PK are enhanced differently, so you would only be spreading out your efforts, where you may enhance one at the risk of reducing the other. They are just too different to work very well together.

Forms of Psychokinesis (Type Black)

hutPK experiences seem to be on the decline especially in developed countries. This may be due to the belief that PK, just like ESP, is need-based and survival-based, and in developed countries, people don’t have a need to stay warm, they have heaters. They don’t need to keep cool, they have air conditioners.

They don’t need to worry about the wind and rain from most storms, they have strong homes and buildings. They don’t need to start a fire after a rainstorm to cook their food, they have kitchens and stoves, and ovens, and microwaves.

So, if you live in a developed country and you have food, shelter, heat, air conditioning, and a kitchen with basic cooking appliances, then it’s not very likely that you will experience this form of survival-based PK, which I call exposure-PK.

However, if you are living in a homeless camp, on the streets, without basic utilities like heat and air conditioning, or spend a lot of time outdoors, then you may have experienced exposure-PK on more than one occasion.

Another form of PK that is on the decline in more developed countries is what I call defensive-PK. While some may be thinking of comic book superheroes right now, it’s far less dramatic than that.

Defensive-PK is more often unplanned and a result of very large amounts of stress that happened to keep someone safe and protect them against attack or harm. This form of PK is heard about more on the battlefield than on the school playground.

These effects are usually random and usually act as a *WARNING!* to those who may want to do the experiencer harm. However, effects can sometimes be the result of extreme health issues like extreme tiredness, where effects are not random, are useful, but can be harmful to other people or things (example: energy-draining).

Because stress is hard to control, so is this form of PK, and most of those who report these experiences may never be able to create the same effects at will again, and again, and again.  Also, more often than most, experiencers of defensive-PK are looking to stop their experiences rather than control or develop them. This is because the effects can’t be completely controlled and can be both damaging and dangerous to themselves, other people, electronics, and other things.

However, for those who often find themselves in the line of fire, like military and police, this is something that can be controlled and enhanced to a certain degree in emergency situations.

Another form of PK is what I call athletic-PK. This form of PK can happen with people who are into different sports either professionally or as a hobby.

Whether it’s their job to play sports, or they play sports whenever they have time off work, athletic-PK is a likely form for them to experience.

Unlike defensive-PK, athletic-PK can be controlled and enhanced and is known by many athletes as ……

The answer is healing-PK. No matter what country a person lives in, no matter how many things or supplies a person has, there will always be a chance they can get sick or hurt.

Whether it’s minor or major, short-term or long-term, mental or physical, symptom or syndrome, not all conditions can be cured and some conditions can’t even be treated.

Psychokinesis (Type Black)

raisemyhandPsychokinesis (PK) is the direct effect of the mind on the physical world that can’t be explained by the radiation of any known physical energy. PK includes any direct mind-over-matter effect or mental effect on a physical system. Some call psychokinesis telekinesis, but in this course series telekinesis will mean something a little different.

Not that many people report experiences with PK because PK is often unable to be seen with the naked eye.
PK effects that can be seen with the naked eye are called macro-PK, and PK effects that can’t be seen with the naked eye are called micro-PK.

Spontaneous, or unplanned and sudden, macro-PK effects that happen are more often a random effect in response to stress rather than having a useful effect.

However, spontaneous micro-PK effects that happen are more often useful but are not able to be noticed unless the small effect results in a bigger or more noticeable effect.

So, PK effects happen when an experiencer has a need to let off some steam when they can’t seem to reduce their stress on their own, or PK effects happen when the experiencer needs to decrease stress for themselves or others through healing.

Having Doubts: CS & CI (Type Black)

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Was the information or effect helpful?
  • Did you need that helpful information around the time you received the helpful information?
  • Or, did you need that helpful effect around the time you experienced the helpful effect?
  • Was the helpful information you received something you did not already know or could not seem figure out?
  • Or, was the helpful effect something you may not have been able to do on your own?
  • Was the helpful information you received correct?

If you answered yes to these questions, then for now, it’s fairly safe to say it’s NOT just your imagination. However, we will talk quite a bit more on this later on, so don’t worry if you still have doubts.

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Was the information and/or experience helpful?
  • Did you need that helpful information around the time you received the helpful information?
  • Or, did you need that helpful experience around the time you had the helpful experience?
  • Was the helpful information you received something you did not already know or could not seem to figure out?
  • Or, did the helpful experience result in some action that you may not have been able to do on your own?
  • Was the helpful information you received correct?

If you answered yes to these questions, then, for now, it’s fairly safe to say it’s NOT just your imagination. However, we will talk quite a bit more on this later on, so don’t worry if you still have doubts.

“What if people have told me “I’m just crazy,” or what if I think I might be crazy?”

Then answer the following questions:

  • Do you ever feel your thoughts are being broadcasted or transmitted, so that even strangers know exactly what you are thinking?
  • Do you ever feel that someone or something is forcefully inserting thoughts into your mind that you know are not your own?
  • Do you ever clearly and loudly hear someone in your own mind that is constantly saying mean, threatening, or disgusting things to you?
  • Do you ever feel like your thoughts are being deleted and replaced by the thoughts of someone or something else?
  • Do you ever feel that an entity or spirit is forcing you to do bad things by hypnotizing you?
  • Do you ever feel as if your thoughts were being stolen by an evil spirit or entity, so that your mind is a complete blank?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, and WERE NOT EXAGGERATING, then something is very, very wrong. These questions are used to screen for very severe mental illness. If you answered yes to these questions, then you may need to see a doctor right away >>

Now try answering these questions:

  • Do you ever feel like you are looking at the world through a fog so that people or objects appear far away or unclear?diss
  • Do you ever feel like people, objects, and the world around you are not real?
  • Do you often find yourself unsure whether things you remember happening really did happen or whether you just dreamed them?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then you may be having some issues with something called dissociation. If you were exaggerating your answers then you should be just fine, but signs of dissociation can mean more serious things are going on and that you need help. You may not be crazy, but you also should not be feeling this way and should make an appointment with your doctor.

Now try this question:

  • Do you ever have the feeling that your mind or soul is traveling outside of your physical body, AND on occasion you shake violently and uncontrollably?

If you answered YES to this question, then you may have a seizure disorder. This is a very serious medical condition and you should make an appointment with your doctor right away.

Last set of questions:

  • Every once and a while, do you have really great ideas or solve very hard problems, but are not sure how you were able to come to these ideas or solutions?
  • Do you ever feel that your thoughts or emotion sare somewhat influencing events or the people you know to help you?
  • Do you feel that you somehow have the ability to assist spirits of the deceased in crossing over into the afterlife?
  • Have you ever allowed a spirit or ghost to act through you and suddenly received a physical skill that the spirit claimed to have when they were still alive, and of which you lost when the communication was ended (example: the ability to create beautiful art)?
  • Have you ever allowed a spirit or ghost to speak through you and accurately spoke with another vocabulary or in another language not known to you at the time?
  • Do you occasionally gain new information about a person or event through the practice of automatic writing or the Ouija (spirit) Board that turn out to be true?

If you answered YES to this set of questions, and NO to all the questions before these,

you’re probably psychic and NOT crazy!

Seriously? (Type Black)

While some may find these forms of mediumship fascinating, those who experience it, especially to those not in control of it or that do not understand what is happening, these experiences can be quite terrifying.

However, no matter how out of control the experience may seem, you can be 100% in control of the experience, and even PREVENT the experiences from occurring once you understand why these experiences are happening, and how to stop them. We will get more into this later in the course series in-depth.

However, just to give you some ideas right now, allowing yourself to be open to these spirits often comes from long periods of time where you are struggling with your identity, such as very low self-esteem, self-respect, and self-confidence. This can also begin to happen if you have recently lost someone dear to you that was a large part of your identity such as a parent, caretaker, child, sibling, or best friend.

On top of that, you are likely the type of person who feels a strong need to help others, even at the expense of your own mental, emotional, or physical well-being, which opens you up to being overly helpful to the point of burnout or being bullied.

Usually, if these issues are corrected, experiences become entirely in your control.

Basically, what you need to do is to take down your psychic “Open for Business” sign, and quit allowing yourself to be a psychic doormat. You deserve better than that!

Sometimes, just yelling at the top of your lungs for spirits to “GO AWAY, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME!!!,” maybe enough to stop some experiences as they begin. But this only usually covers spirits who respect boundaries, where you answer the door and say, “I can’t right now, sorry,” and shut the door on them.

The BULLIES, however, require more effort. In this case, you need your mental and emotional strength and confidence to act as a lock and key for your mind and body. Where no amount of banging on the door is going to let them in.

Again, we will get to this more later in the course series. So, don’t worry, everything you need to know about all of this will be available to you by the time you finish these courses.

The Difference Between Types of ESP II (Type Black)

In Clairvoyant Cognition, specifically Mental Mediumship, the information that the medium receives does not involve the spirit communicating from within the medium or taking over the physical body of the medium. Instead, the information received is only through the psychic senses as more of a phone call between the spirit and medium rather than any form or feeling of embodiment or lack of self-control. With mental mediumship, the call or voice of the spirit may sound like the spirt is outside of the medium or within the mind of the medium, but there is no feeling of the spirit’s physical presence within the medium. The spirit is one place and the medium is in another.

Obsession experiences are similar to physical mediumship but in this case, it is only one spirit that is around and trying to communicate with the living person and this spirit tends to stick around for a long period of time, such as weeks, months, and even years. This spirit may stick with the living person as they move about their day-to-day life or the spirit may be stuck to the home in which the living person lives.

With obsession experiences, if the spirit shows itself (manifests itself) speaks or creates noises or the movement of physical objects, other people can see and hear these effects as well at the person the spirit is obsessed with. If this person has any capability of physical mediumship, known or unknown to them, they may be the reason the spirit can be so physically active at times. These spirits are typically strangers to the living person, not deceased loved ones.

To sum it all up, obsession experiences are when a living person is haunted by a single spirit, while physical mediums work with many spirits over time that come and go.

Those with Psychokinesis may experience seemingly paranormal physical activity that they may assume to be the result of spirit activity, but rather it is their own psychokinetic ability that is doing all the work with no spirit of any kind being involved. This is very common in reported hauntings where random noises are thought to be the communication of a spirit, but it is simply the psychokinetic experiencer creating random events often due to STRESS.

With psychokinesis, there will be no evidence that there is an intelligent spirit or entity involved during the physical influence of objects or the environment around them.

Real spirit activity reacts to living people while psychokinesis is purely random and will not present in a way that seems like a spirt is trying to respond or answer questions.

If activity is best described as random noises, rapping, knocking, movement of objects, or the sudden presence of heat or light with no known source, then what is being experienced will more likely be psychokinesis rather than spirit activity.

Apparition Activity is a type of paranormal activity where an experiencer may see a ghostly image that may also be seen by other people. This ghostly image is usually of a deceased person but can also be the image of a living person that is currently in a crisis somewhere else. In the case of a living person, this person has a strong need for them to be seen by the experiencer. This type of apparition is often called astral projection.

Apparition activity can also include other forms of sensation other than just seeing ghostly images of people or animals (living or deceased), but also non-living objects.

In the case of seeing the ghostly image of a deceased person, physical mediumship may or may not be involved.

If the image has been seen by many other people over time, such as a long history of appearances, then physical mediumship is less likely to be involved.

In these cases, the ghostly image could be what’s called an ANNIVERSARY GHOST, which appears at the same time each year to whoever is there to witness it and is open to the experience.

Poltergeist Activity can seem similar to physical mediumship experiences, but in this case, the effects are limited to one location. This can be a location such as a home, a building, a graveyard, and so on.

This experience can include the movement of objects by the poltergeist such as the throwing of objects, the displacement, disappearance, or appearance of objects such as a p p o r t a t i o n, noises, voices, the sensation or physical markings from something biting, pushing, or pinching, the presence of unexplainable stains such as blood, the unexplained appearance of religious words, symbols, sigils, seals, or images, or lastly, electronic phenomena or disturbances such as lights flickering and power outages.

However, if these characteristics are present and appear to be directed towards the experiencer rather than a location, such as when an experiencer moves to another home and the entity follows, this could be a case of poltergeist obsession.

The Difference Between Types of ESP (Type Black)

ccdIn Clairvoyant Cognition, the experiencer sees everything that is happening. From this way of seeing things, the experiencer’s viewpoint is not through the eyes of someone in the situation. Rather, the experiencer’s viewpoint is from outside of the situation and may involve one or more people.

Here the story is being told in the third-person perspective, that is to say, the story is being told by someone outside of the situation and refers to people in the situation as “he,” “she,” “they,” and so forth. The situation or people in the situation are usually viewed from above and off to the side.

Let’s put it this way, if you were filming a movie from this way of seeing things, the camera would be off into the distance so that the whole set and all the characters can be seen.

tcdIn Telepathic Cognition, the experiencer’s viewpoint is through the eyes of someone in a situation or looking at a situation.

Here a story is being told in the first-person perspective, that is to say, the person tells the story of what they see, and the story is told by the person, and the information is expressed as “I see,” or “I hear,” in reference to the person, not the experiencer.

The situation or other people are usually viewed at eye-level. If you were filming a movie from this way of seeing things, one of the characters would be holding the camera.

csdIn Clairvoyant Simulation, the experiencer’s viewpoint is their own. Here the story is being told by both the experiencer and the universe, but the experiencer is unaware of the universe’s part in telling the story.

Here, the information is expressed as “I see,” or “I hear,” or “I feel,” referring only to the experiencer. The object or person of interest is usually the only thing viewable.

If you were filming a movie from this way of seeing things, you would be holding the camera and zoomed in on the object or person of interest and not showing the surrounding situation or background.

CIIn Clairvoyant Interaction, there is a sharing of the body and mind with an entity or spirit rather than a sharing of ideas.

Here, a spirit can talk through the experiencer and even move the experiencer’s body. The spirit has a different personality, and the experiencer may speak with another voice.

tsIn Telepathic Simulation, there is a sharing of information, but it is obviously between the experiencer and another person or group of people.

Magical Thinking & Psychic Confusion (Type Black)

Today, these results are on the increase especially among ages 25-34 and 16-24. One distinguished researcher suggested this may be due to what he calls the:

This hints that the increase in paranormal experience reports may be due to an increase in magical-thinking caused by the wide-spread public popularity of the books and movies. While this may be a good thing for experiencers, because more people are becoming open-minded about psychic experiences, this is also a bad thing for some, because magical-thinking can lead to confusing medical problems with psychic experience.

For example, confusing feelings of bursts of energy in the body and sharp electrical feelings, numbness, or tingling as signs of energy healing potential when it might actually be a sign of stress, anxiety, or even nerve damage. PAIN IS NEVER A GOOD SIGN.

Or, seeing mysterious lights and see-through swirling portals and thinking that it’s something magical going on when it could actually be a sign of being really dehydrated and a need to drink several glasses of water right away.

dehydratedAlso, simple things like seeing images, faces, or even hearing sounds while falling asleep might be thought to be a scary meeting with an uncontrollable psychic experience or evil spirits when these images and sounds are actually very normal things called hypnogogic hallucinations. These hallucinations happen to many people and have a normal, rather than supernatural, cause.

We’ll get more into this later on, since being able to tell the difference between real clairvoyant experiences and experiences that may seem clairvoyant but are not, is VERY IMPORTANT when building psychic skills.
