Intention (Type Yellow)

INTENTION

There are two types of intention that trigger clairvoyant cognitive experiences:

  • Spontaneous or lack of intention, and
  • Intentional, which refers to a plan, purpose, or desired result.

There are also two main natural expressions of clairvoyant simulation:

  • Survival, which refers to meeting your own basic daily needs, and
  • Healing, which refers to helping others, or yourself, to heal in order to live a healthy productive life.

With clairvoyant cognitive experiences, survival and healing often boil down to resolving a need-to-know question. Whether it’s needing to know if your day may be fraught with danger, or someone who recently lost a loved one needing to know that they successfully passed over into the afterlife.

Either way, it requires some level or intention, subconscious or conscious, focused act of thought directed and meant to benefit your own or another person’s physical, mental, or emotional well-being.

 For (those who use clairvoyance to determine medical illness), healing may be diagnostic, which is another form of need-to-know.

While intention results in unanswered questions being answered, intention is also at the root of how one controls when, what, how, and how often need-to-know information is received.

This means that the reception of information happened and you consciously identified and chose the information you needed to know, and that you were open to the information being received.

However, if a helpful dose of information comes your way and you didn’t consciously identify and choose, then your experience was not intentional, but rather spontaneous or unplanned. For example:

  • Spontaneous: the information seemed to “pop into mind” rather than being intentionally asked for.
  • Intentional: you selected or specified the type or source of information required or entity to contact (deceased or other).

In this case, your subconscious mind or the universe itself identified a need for you to know and then choose to act on that need. However, if your experience was spontaneous, you will likely continue to experience only spontaneous experiences unless you direct yourself towards ways of focusing your intention.

In focusing your intention, you take more control over when, what, how, and how often. However, in the end, it is the goal that you should be focusing on rather than on how the goal will be reached.

In any case, knowing if your experiences are intentional or spontaneous will be very important to know later on in this book. So:

Mental Mediumship and Clairvoyant Cognition (Type Yellow)

MENTAL MEDIUMSHIP

 is a type of clairvoyant cognition that involves open communication with immaterial entities most commonly referred to as discarnate spirits – ghosts and spirits of the dead, or spirit guides – guardian angles or deceased ancestors. These entities are believed to have some form of consciousness or awareness and elements of personality.

Some experts place Trance Mediumship – Clairvoyant Interaction – Type Black (where a spirit takes over one’s body to communicate) into the category of mental mediumship.

However, others see mental mediumship more as an extension of clairvoyant cognition, while seeing trance mediumship and experiences such as automatic writing as being types of  rather than mental mediumship. This course reflects the second perspective.

With clairvoyant cognition without mental mediumship, you are in open communication with the universe, which can be described as being a “universal consciousness” and in which seems to be “friendly,” but unlike entities, appears to be without personality and is neutral in behaviors, temperament, and emotion.

In other words, entities are more like people with a wide range of motivations, emotions, and beliefs, but the universe is seemingly without personality and emotions, at least not quite as we understand them.

Subtle feelings of love, security, and sometimes even humor may be experienced while interacting with the universe, almost suggesting a playful or parental personality, but these may simply be your own interpretation of the universe’s investment in your wellbeing and survival, along with highly synchronistic or ironic reception of information.

In other words, unlike experiencers of clairvoyant simulation, experiences of clairvoyant cognition, likely due to their more social nature, tend to anthropomorphize or humanize the universe, and see it more as a friend than just a resource.

This relationship may result in naming and assigning a personality to this “friend” and when this personality appears to shift, multiple “friends” may be created.

This begs the question of whether or not some types of are or are not the result of humanizing something non-human and multiplying a single entity into multiple entities.

Regardless of the universe being identified as a single entity or multiple humanized entities, it does not tend to negatively affect effective communication between experiencers of clairvoyant cognition and the universe/spirit guides.

Rather it tends to result in increased trust and feelings of security while providing a unique spiritual companionship often initially formed in early childhood.

Mental Mediumship usually involves a medium communicating with, or receiving information about a deceased person. However, other types of entity communications such as “demons” or “angels” are also commonly reported.

Mental mediumship is a mode of clairvoyant cognition rather than telepathy because the experiencer is communicating with the universe (non-organic) or an entity that is not physically present.

Information is received through intuition, or emotions, or through one or more types of hallucinations including visual/sight, auditory/sound, olfaction/smell, gustatory/taste, and somatosensory modes (example: pressure, warmth, cold, vibration, and pain).

The most common sensory modes used by mediums are the auditory (clairaudient) and visual (clairvoyant) modes with the occasional exception of sensory modes associated with clairsentience – clairvoyant sensing.

Mental mediums tend to report having an open connection with the universe, or entities, or that they have a spirit guide to communicate information back and forth to other entities. For example, they may use a spirit guide to speak to the dead rather than speaking to the dead directly.

Changing Output Dreams (Type Gray)

DREAMS – OUTPUT

The previous topics focus on input information modes and accommodating effects. But, the same rules apply just in a slightly different manner for output. In output when it comes to dreams, this usually means you are probability shifting in your dreams – typically through some form of lucid dreaming or initially focusing on your intention in hypnagogic or hypnopompic states.

If you want to start shifting probability when you are awake, and are shifting intentionally in lucid dreams (when you are dreaming, but know you are dreaming, and take control of your dreams) or unintentionally in dream in general – STOP shifting intentionally during lucid dreams or stop intentionally trying to lucid dream, REDUCE VIVIDITY, and FOCUS YOUR INTENTIONS DURING THE DAY.

Then, over time, work your way towards shifting in more normal states of consciousness (more awake and alert states). For most however, intentionally shifting your mind in and out of trance states during your active day may be the most realistic method. JUST MAKE SURE IT’S SAFE TO REST AND CLOSE YOUR EYES FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE STARTING.

Change Psychic Dreams into Altered State Hallucinations

DREAMS TO HALLUCINATIONS

With hallucinations, most people need to be in an altered state of consciousness like meditation to receive psychic information. However, emotional and intuitive information does not usually require this.

NOTE: Meditating daily will enhance psychic experiences in general, even when you are not in an altered state (example: how many of the 5 W’s you get responses to if you are trying to receive intuitive impressions). This is because MEDITATION IS MIND EXPANDING in a way that is perfect for enhancing psychic experiences.

But, when it comes to receiving psychic hallucinations like visions and voices, or combinations of modes including hallucinations, altered states of consciousness are REQUIRED. This is especially true if you are over the age of 22 and have little to no history of psychic experiences.

Again, this all depends on how open you are to the experiences, how ridged and routine your life is, how creative you are, and so on. But, realistic expectations in general for adults should be:

As I mentioned before, taking up daily meditation like transcendental meditation, or even yoga, can shift you towards experiencing psychic hallucinations.

Also, altered states like those you wander into while falling asleep (HYPNAGOGIC) and waking up (HYPNOPOMPIC) are also helpful.

Self-hypnosis and even just being really, really, drowsy can also be ideal states of mind for psychic hallucinations to kick in. You just need to:

  1. Reduce your dependency on dreams like we have been talking about.
  2. Increase how often you enter altered states (eyes closed – the development of open eye hallucinations is not recommended due to their distractive nature and because they are far less likely to be developed).
  3. Focus on your NEED for information or shifting before you enter those altered states, and when you are in those altered states.

Change Psychic Dreams into Empathy and Intuition II (Type Gray)

DREAMS TO PSYCHIC EMPATHY & INTUITION II

One of the most effective ways to shift to intuition is to after you start receiving emotional information during the day. When you do receive that emotional information, immediately ask yourself the 5 W’s ….

This is the additional information that can come through.

Example 1

  1. Who emotional information points to: You
  2. What the emotional information points to: Missing car keys
  3. Where the emotional information points to: Under the couch
  4. Why you received the emotional information: Because you need your keys and have the ability to find them.
  5. When the emotional information points to: Right now

Example 2

  1. Who emotional information points to: You
  2. What the emotional information points: Danger
  3. Where the emotional information points to: Your car
  4. Why you received the emotional information: Because you will be in danger of bodily harm and can prevent this from happening.
  5. When the emotional information points to: Tomorrow

Those just starting out with newly developing intuitive experiences may only get one response out of the 5 questions initially. But, as you continue to develop, you can build upon that information.

Just remember, when you receive emotional information, you are more than capable of asking for more info with the 5 W’s. AND, you can start throwing in other questions like: How?

However, keep in mind that in the case of intuition, you do not see your car after question #3, or hear the words “your car.” Instead, you may feel a sense danger/dread when getting into your car, or when thinking about your car. This is because seeing and hearing things like this are only found in dreams and hallucinations.

NOTE: When your attention is drawn to something that is physically present (that anyone can see), or to a word or phrase someone physical may say, that is accompanied by an intuitive impression – do not confuse this with a psychic hallucination. This is simply intuitive, not what I mean by a So, if the former are the type of experiences you want more, focus on shifting from dreams to intuition, not dreams to hallucinations.

Change Psychic Dreams into Empathy and Intuition I (Type Gray)

DREAMS TO PSYCHIC EMPATHY & INTUITION

To shift from one psychic mode to another (psychic dreams when asleep, to psychic empathy when awake) usually involves doing one thing less and one thing more. However, dreaming is necessary for mental and emotional well-being. It helps with memory, mood, emotional wounds, and it can even help with decision-making and problem-solving.

However, dreaming and remembering your dreams are two different things. You can still have the benefits of dreaming even though you don’t remember them well.

When you stop remembering your dreams, or begin to remember only little bits of your dreams, the psychic information you receive will need to find a different outlet, a different mode to work with.

Psychic experiences are highly adaptable, but when you stop using one mode, you need to be on the other end strengthening the new mode.

So, start increasing your emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is very important for not only shifting from dreams to emotional information when you are awake, it’s also extremely important for understanding that emotional information.

But, like I mentioned before, you also need to reduce how well you remember your dreams. The best way to do this is to:

  1. Reduce the vividness of your dreams, and
  2. Do not think about your dreams after waking up.

You can reduce the vividness of your dreams by avoiding eating anything 4 hours before you usually fall asleep (if you fall asleep around 11pm, stop eating at 7pm), and avoid eating any foods or drinks rich in Vitamin B7, also known as Biotin, later in the evening.

These foods include eggs, nuts, whole grains, milk, cheese, and meat (especially seafood). The sooner in the day you stop eating these foods the better. Some fruits, vegetables, and legumes also contain biotin. So, at the very least, try not to eat any of these foods after your evening dinner.

This is because biotin is well known to increase the vividness of dreams. So, it’s the last thing you want to be eating anytime around bedtime, and it takes a while to get out of your system, so the longer you go without, the better. However, biotin isn’t the only thing that can cause vivid dreams, there’s a lot of foods that can cause this in different people, for example –

So, it’s just a good rule of thumb to avoid eating anything 4 hours before bedtime in general. Give it a try, it may work wonders for you, or it may not. If it doesn’t, then leaning more towards Type Green or Type Blue may be your next best move.

Again, shifting from dreams to another mode requires you to reduce how well you remember your dreams. Shifting from dreams to intuition is a lot like shifting from dreams to emotions. This is because intuitive information is mostly made up of emotional information.

The slight difference is that there is a little extra non-emotional information that can come along with the package like who or when the information is about or from. Those who lean towards non-empathy limited types will have a better chance at shifting from dreams to intuition (example: Type Yellows).

Change Psychic Dreams From Realistic to Unrealistic (Type Gray)

REALISTIC TO UNREALISTIC PSYCHIC DREAMS

Those who lean towards Type Purple will find it far easier to shift than those who lean towards other types. Those who lean towards Type Black may also have a small advantage. Your natural intuition helps – the more intuitive you are the more likely you are to remember your dreams and to have more vivid dreams.

However, because Type Grays tend to place thinking over feeling, logic over emotion, organization over artistic chaos, you may have quite a bit of a disadvantage here. Because of this, it’s your openness to experience and your emotional intelligence that need improvement in order to succeed in shifting.

The more ridged your thinking, beliefs, and actions are, the less your intuitive and emotional self can really  Type Grays that spend more time participating in the arts, daydreaming, and reading or watching fiction will have an advantage over other Types Grays in shifting.

Type Grays that are highly routine, organized, read and watch nonfiction, and are focused on science, law, and other more ridged topics will have a disadvantage in shifting. If your occupation is very routine and highly organized, realistic dreams are fairly

However, a shift in occupation, or adding an artistic hobby to your daily routine, especially in the evening, may help you shift.

So, your focus is on increasing creativity, imagination, openness to experience, and working on that empathy of yours together with allowing yourself to feel more.

Allow yourself to be a bit more emotionally vulnerable and sensitive — interact socially with others (in groups), and go more with the flow.

UNREALISTIC TO REALISTIC PSYCHIC DREAMS

In this case, you’re going to want to do the complete opposite of what I suggested for shifting from realistic dreams to unrealistic dreams. The more you see things in black and white, and less in the closer you will be to shifting from unrealistic dreams to realistic dreams.

Sticking to a routine, not letting your mind wander during the day, keeping busy and staying on task, focusing more on thinking and logic than feeling and emotion, sticking to non-fiction, and maintaining set boundaries at work, in your personal relationships, and your life in general will help with this shift.

Shifting Psychic Modes (Type Gray)

SHIFTING MODES

When it comes to shifting modes (examples: dreams, empathy, intuition, visions, or voices), it not only requires you to focus your intention on the change and make your intention known to yourself. But, it also requires you to make your intention known to the universe.

To make the need for the change known to yourself, and the universe, you will need to focus less on the current mode you are using, while building skills in regard to the new mode you want to use. You will also need to often say aloud your intention to shift modes as a means to keep strongly refocusing your intention.

Keep in mind though, each mode has its benefits and limitations, so figure out what you need most, what fits your life best, and stick with it. Avoid shifting because another mode would be more “cool;” that’s an unrealistic expectation.

I Want To be More Type White (Type Gray)

I WANT TO ME MORE….“WHITE”

Myers-Briggs Equivalent: ENFJ-P’s

To lean more towards Type White, you will need to spark an interest within yourself to absorb and understand the people around you. This includes how they think, what it must be like to be them, and trying your very best to understand what others are feeling and why they behave the way that they do.

interestYou will need to lean a bit more outside of the sciences and spark new interests in the PHILOSOPHY OF MIND, SOCIAL PHILOSOPHY, SOCIOLOGY, AND PSYCHOLOGY. The human mind will now be your main domain to explore. Read, read, read. Whether its fiction or non-fiction, focus more on topics exploring the wide range of human behavior and interaction.

daydreamingIf you begin to feel mentally, emotionally, or physically disconnected or detached, ease back on your day dreaming.

Type Whites are well known for their regular deep day dreaming – it’s how they come up with some of their best creative ideas.

mehIf you start to feel apathetic, meaning you feel emotionally dead or empty inside, or you just don’t care about anything anymore, ease back on your social activity, and deal with some of this emotional fatigue by taking more time to mind-and-heart

5minuteruleLeaning towards Type White you may begin to notice issues with procrastination, lack of concentration, and being easily distracted. At times your mind may race while at other times your mind simply may not go at all – stuck in loading…. mode. A lot of this is due to stress and anxiety getting the better of you.

So, if you start to notice this stuff happening, take control and start dealing properly with your stress. When you feel wiped-out, push yourself to get a little bit done – just try to do stuff for at least 5 minutes at a time. When you feel like your mind and body are full of energy, slow down and take your time. Your goal is to bring your highs and lows back into balance.

You will need to start getting comfortable in large crowds and enjoying your time there – so if you experience social anxiety, you will need to conquer it before you start trying to lean in this direction.  Type Whites are extremely social, but in a more narrow way that other extroverted types. Type Whites tend to make friends very quickly and have hundreds, if not thousands of acquaintances.

While they may know a lot of people, and a lot of people may know them, IT’S USUALLY ONLY ON THE SURFACE. You know the basics, they know the basics, and that’s about as far as most of their relationships go.

identity-anchorBecause of this, Type Whites have very few close friends and because of this, tend to stay very close with family members. They often see their family as an anchor to their most authentic self, so they keep them close and regularly spend time with them. If they don’t, they tend to start feeling like they are losing their identity to the crowd.

If stress starts to build, and you find yourself procrastinating too much on dealing with that stress, that stress can build up so much that when you hit your limit, you may be too anxious to even leave the house. SO WATCH OUT FOR THOSE PROCRASTINATION ISSUES.

morivationThe best way to deal with procrastination when leaning towards Type White is working on mindfulness, which helps with attention and concentration. Once your attention and concentration gets back to normal, it’s only a matter of building effective motivational skills.

I Want To Be More Type Blue II (Type Gray)

I WANT TO ME MORE….“BLUE” II

upsanddownsType Blues work in waves2. They have their ups and their downs, often in the same minute. It takes a lot of mindfulness to make sure those waves stay small.wavesandstorms

Mindfulness also helps with social anxiety, which is very common for those who lean towards Type Blue. So, if you’re doing well in the mindfulness department, you should be OK leaning in this direction. If not, you’re in for a lot of storms.

Addictions are also big with Type Blues, but not too much more than other types. Social anxiety tends to be the root most of their addictions, whether its food, alcohol, drugs, etc., they use these things to make social experiences easier to tolerate, and will often turn to them at home when feeling stressed out.

It’s one thing to drink socially with friends, it’s another to do it every night, or get wasted every time you drink, even if it’s just a couple of times a week. While social anxiety can be brought on by stress in general, it can also be brought on by using emotional thinking (errors in judgment), which can also lead to stress. Which in turn leads right back to anxiety.

turbulentThis is because when you can’t even trust your own judgement and intuition sometimes, your confidence in yourself, and the confidence others have in you, begin to disappear and make everything a bit more turbulent in your life. Soon, those high ups and low downs make a mess of everything.

The ultimate goal for someone who leans towards Type Blue is to be a still lake rather than a raging river. Being calm also allows you to be an excellent listener, a quality you will need a lot if you lean in this direction. If you notice yourself becoming too talkative, not listening to others, or cutting people off while they are trying to speak, stress and anxiety is probably getting the better of you.

Make sure you get plenty of alone time. Type Blues get exhausted after too much social interaction too, but they also have to deal with emotional fatigue on top of all that.

emotional-fatigue is when you open your heart to so many people that it simply exhausts you. You let people live in your heart and mind and that takes a toll.

mindracingSo make sure you leave work stuff at work, and friend drama at the club or school. Not disconnecting your heart and mind from other stuff when at home will lead to your mind racing all night long. Being that you’re already highly analytical, letting your mind race instead of rest is a quick way to experience issues with insomnia.

So, even if you have to say it out loud to yourself…..

Allow your heart and mind to rest and calm your inner world. Close your eyes and picture your thoughts and emotions as a stormy sea and slowly visualize that sea becoming still. Or see your thoughts as a heavy rainfall, and slowly end the storm.

Not doing this not only leads to exhaustion, but also ups and downs where one minute you’re manic and hyper and the other you’re depressed and tired. The more your emotions go up and down, and the higher and lower they go, the more you need to find your calm, your inner stillness.

calmYou will need to find your inner serenity often, stillness is not a constant thing for you now. Your emotions will fluctuate, and these ups and downs in yourself will fluctuate the emotions in your social group and the other way around. But you are the most equipped to keep the group harmonious and calm, so it’s you who are tasked with the privilege to do this, not others.

waterAnd lastly, you will need to do more than handle the waves of your emotions. You will also need to start handling and creating real waves too. Unlike any other type, Type Blues get most of their fun and stress relief from the water. Whether you take up surfing, swimming laps in the pool, or just soak in the tub, the water is your new natural therapist.

In a nutshell:

  • You will need to be prepared to deal with times of great sadness. You will soon feel like you hold the emotional weight of the people around you on your shoulders. Emotional intelligence and coping strategies are now a MUST.
  • You will need to be prepared to find your inner calm on a regular basis. Your emotions and moods will swing out of control unless you keep a mindful eye on them and take an active approach towards successfully dealing with them.
  • compassionatelistenerYou will need to open your heart, be sympathetic, empathetic, loving, nurturing, and selfless. You will need to begin taking care of others, and protecting those who desperately need you protection.
  • You will need to continue to seek out the truth and look at the facts. Being a deep, practical, and highly analytical thinker are still qualities you need to maintain and grow.
  • Use you wisdom and analytical mind to make people stop and deeply think, pause, and reflect on their opinions, decisions, and choices. But don’t forget to be a compassionate listener. This means letting people finish their story before you provide advice. Compassion is patience.
  • Strive to know and understand as much as you possibly can. Never stop learning. Avoid emotional thinking and lean far more towards logical thinking. It’s OK to let you heart help you make decisions, just don’t let it rule over you. Apply logic to your heart’s desire at every turn.
  • mechnical-inclinedBecome more mechanically inclined. This means taking up a hobby or career involving fixing things like home remodeling and repair, automotive work, engineering or inventing, industrial or technical work or becoming an electrician, welder, or carpenter. This can be a career shift for you, or simply a hobby. Build and repair things with your hands, Take something old and reform it into something different and new. Work more with tools, whether it’s in the garage or in the kitchen.
  • Be prepared to work harder, take on more responsibilities, and be a master troubleshooter. To do this, the best way is to dive right into activities that demand these things. You can learn your way – along the way. Don’t wait until you “know,” you’re a quick study, so learn as you go.
